INHABIT DENVER

Inhabit Denver is a real estate team helping clients find spaces that bring meaning to the word HOME.  They specialize in helping clients realize the full potential of a property when selling or creating a space for themselves, as well as purchasing and giving new life to spaces, to then market as high quality modern spaces that people can enjoy for years to come (aka FLIPS).

They believe in the idea of HOME being a resting place, a communal space and a space that sparks life for people.  Their partnership with NIVAS is their way of expressing this importance for people in Denver but also for those in Nepal, who's challenges are real and access to a safe and secure environment is especially meaningful.  Their FLIPS in Denver have a 1:1 impact for homes in Nepal:  A sold home here means a sponsored home in Nepal.

2024 Industry Partners

Since 1973, Applewood has had one mission: to help people. They’ve had the pleasure of helping over 300,000 families during their time in business and they’ve learned that the work they do is more than just fixing the heat during a blizzard or repairing a leaky faucet that keeps a homeowner up at night. As one of the few remaining family-owned and operated service companies in Denver, they know home is the center of family; and that when everything works properly, you and those you love most feel safe and secure. Their job is to make sure it stays that way for our Colorado community. But they also believe everyone, everywhere, deserves a safe haven, a home where they can thrive. For that reason, they support the efforts of NIVAS to house families around the world.

Michael Fulton, P.E. founded Western Mechanical Solutions in 2007 to focus on high quality, energy efficient products; minimize the energy use of buildings via sustainable heating and cooling solutions, and ensure that customers always come first.  The WMS team is passionate about sustainable heating and cooling, improving lives through sustainable building solutions, and doing the right thing. As NIVAS’s Sustainability & Climate Resilience Partner, WMS helps us innovate on adaptive solutions for home building. NIVAS was an obvious match for WMS, due to Fulton’s experience in Nepal. Spending several months there affected him deeply and changed who he is as a person, especially his time in a Buddhist Monastery where he learned invaluable lessons such as “Want is the root of all unhappiness”. Together we are working toward more sustainable and resilient building solutions for deserving people.

At Tesla Electric Company, not only are they passionate about powering homes, they are also passionate about building strong communities. That is why this year, Tesla Electric is proud to sponsor a complete electrical package to support NIVAS’s mission to provide safe and secure housing for single mothers. It means that our partner families will be able to work on their new businesses, do their schoolwork, and feel safe every evening, and this aligns with Tesla Electric’s mission of empowering their customers and employees build their dreams. By supporting this cause, Tesla Electric creates a ripple effect: they invest in their team's sense of purpose, contribute to a thriving world, and ensure every project is built with the dedication and quality they are known for. It's a win-win for everyone, with safe and functional homes becoming the foundation for a brighter future.
